Vaccination with 2nd dose of Astra Zeneca vaccine moved

THIS INFORMATION CONCERNS ONLY VACCINATION WITH ASTRA ZENECA VACCINE IN THE DUCHESS ANNA MAZOWIECKA HOSPITAL IN WARSAW

Dear Students,

We kindly inform you that due to the failure of the Astra  Zeneca vaccine supply to the Duchess Anna Mazowiecka Hospital (Karowa Hospital) vaccinations from 31.05.2021 to 2.06.2021 with Astra Zeneca vaccine will be suspended.

However, we would like to inform you that vaccinations with Comirnaty vaccine  (Pfizer) scheduled for 31.05.2021 will normally be proceeded in the Karowa Hospital.

Students who had a scheduled date for the second vaccination with Astra Zeneca  vaccine on 31.05.2021 have already been informed by e-mail about the new vaccination dates.

Students who had a scheduled date for the second vaccination with Astra Zeneca on 1-2.06.2021 will be informed of the new vaccination dates as soon as we are sure when the vaccines will be delivered to the hospital (this date has already been changed 3 times).

If the vaccine is delivered to the hospital during the upcoming long weekend, we will try to arrange additional vaccinations in the Karowa Hospital during the holidays between 4 and 6.06.2021. For those of you who were scheduled for 1.06.2021 and 2.06.2021  (as well as those who have already been moved from 31.05.2021) we will offer slots for vaccination during the long weekend or, if those dates will not be convenient for you, during the following week. We plan to organize a new schedule of vaccination using MS Bookings.

Please, follow your e-mails and MUW page carefully in the coming days.

We apologize for any inconvenience. This disturbance is also a major organizational challenge for us.

With warm regards

Jacek Sienko
