Transfers

Applicants from other medical universities in Poland, and other international universities who have attended program of medicine in English can apply for transfer to 6-year program at the Medical University of Warsaw.

Transfer may take place only at the beginning of the academic year, once the student has completed the previous academic year and has met all the requisites operative at the university the student is leaving.

  • Type: Full-time, long-cycle studies
  • Language of instruction: English
  • Faculty of Medicine
  • Title: lekarz (Medical Doctor, MD)
  • Length of studies: 6 years, 12 semesters
  • Credits (ECTS): 360
  • Number of places: 150 (Admission 2023/2024)
  • Admission only for the academic year 2024/2025
  • Academic year starts on October 1, 2024
  • Tuition fee and charges:
    • Application fee 23 EUR or 20 EUR,
      non-refundable
    • Place confirmation 400 EUR,
      part of tuition fee, non-refundable
    • Tuition fee:
      First year 16100 EUR,
      each subsequent year of study (2nd-6th) 15900 EUR
