Dear Students,

We are starting vaccination against COVID-19 on Monday, January 11, 2021. The first vaccination point for the students of MUW will open in Duchess Anna Mazowiecka Hospital at 2 Karowa Street (Dobra Street entrance). Those of you who will be vaccinated until Thursday have already received emails with detailed information and the questionnaire which should be completed and printed. Please, don’t forget to bring your passport along (or ID card – dowód osobisty – if you have the PESEL number). Please, follow all emails from the University carefully as the vaccination schedule can change (new points may be open).
