Dear Students,

           We would like to remind you that in order to contact the Dean’s Office the students should use electronic forms or a phone. Personal attendance should be kept to necessary minimum. We prepare the list of students coming to the office in advance and we leave it at the reception. Please contact us at least two days ahead if you need to visit the Dean’s Office.

Dean’s Office is now working in a hybrid mode, which means only one of registrars is at the office every day. If you need a document, please email us a couple of days in advance.

Remember to come at the appointed time and sign the list at the reception. You are also asked to bring your own pen, student ID card or another document. The hand sanitizer dispenser is available at the entrance. You need to wear a mask all the time and maintain the recommended safety distance.
