Regulations
Regulations:
- Applicants must be enrolled in the ED and are at least in their second year of studies.
- Applicants must be fully aware that applying to the project requires great time and effort to ensure the completion of their projects.
- Applicants who possess previous experience in research, data collection, statistics, or any other skills deemed useful for the project will receive extra evaluation points.
- Each applicant is permitted to apply for up to three research projects simultaneously, but those who are accepted may not reapply until the completion of their current project.
- All participants must attend the introductory session before starting their research project.
- Participants must attend all meetings and events organized by the MUW Student Research Program, only two absences are allowed per semester.
- Participants must maintain professionalism and respect towards their mentors, peers, and participants.
- Participants must meet regularly with their mentors to update them on their progress and receive feedback.
- Participants must submit progress reports on their research project at regular intervals specified by their mentor.
- All research projects must adhere to the principles of academic integrity, including proper citation and avoiding plagiarism.
- Participants must obtain all necessary approvals before starting any research project involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data.
- Participants must maintain accurate and up-to-date records of their research.
- Any data or information obtained during the research project must be stored securely and in accordance with university policies and regulations.
- Any publications or presentations resulting from the research project must acknowledge the MUW Student Research Program.
- Participants must notify their mentor and the MUW Student Research Program of any significant changes to their research project, such as changes in the research question or methodology.
- Any questions or concerns related to the program or the research project should be addressed to the program coordinator or the relevant department.
- All communication with the relevant department or program team must be conducted through the university email account. Emails sent from private email accounts will not be accepted.
- Any violation of the regulations may lead to termination from the program.
