Dr. Behringer is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with additional certification in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and Lifestyle Medicine. He graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and completed his residency at Sampson Regional Medical Center in North Carolina, where he served as Chief Resident.
His clinical and academic work centers on integrative, evidence-based approaches to primary care, including lifestyle medicine, osteopathic principles, and minimally invasive musculoskeletal (MSK) care. He has significant experience in teaching medical students and residents and has delivered lectures nationally and internationally.
Dr. Behringer’s dedication to patient-centered, preventive, and multidisciplinary care makes him an outstanding contributor to contemporary medical education.
