If you plan to use your Medical University of Warsaw diploma abroad (e.g. for medical registration, postgraduate training, employment or further studies), you may be required to obtain an Apostille or Legalization, depending on the destination country.
Country is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention → Apply for an Apostille issued by NAWA.
Country is NOT a member of the Hague Convention
If your destination country is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, after obtaining authentication from NAWA you must submit the document to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for legalization.
