Sets of documents required in the ORS at the initial stage of recruitment:
– if you choose to write the Medical University of Warsaw (WUM) competency test, you have to upload the scan of the secondary school-leaving certificate and scan of the passport or Polish ID card if you are a Polish citizen. Please also complete the “Grades and Results" step in the ORS.
Individuals who finish high school in 2025 – please upload your predicted grades* and the passport scan or Polish ID card if you are a Polish citizen.
* What are the predicted grades?
A predicted grades certificate is a document with the grades you will receive on your high-school leaving certificate/diploma or information on which subjects you will be taking examinations at the end of high school. This document must be stamped and signed by the school's principal or another school representative.
Note for IB/EB holders only: please upload your predicted grades certificate into a system, but do not input your grades into a 'Grades and Results' tab in the ORS.
Above mentioned documents must be in English or Polish, or have a certified translation to English or Polish attached to them.
You will have to complete other required documents if you are qualified (status: Qualified, place is confirmed). We will provide you with detailed information and a checklist with templates of documents after your place confirmation. You will be given a deadline for this by the Admission Board – usually 30 days.
– if you want to apply with your BMAT, MCAT, UKCAT, GAMSAT, HPAT score, please upload the certificate’s scan. If you do not enclose this document, your application will not be considered. Please also provide the scan of the passport or Polish ID card if you are a Polish citizen.
Not every certificate holder is exempt from the competency test. It depends on the score. If the score is insufficient, the Admission Board suggests taking the competency test.
– if you hold a BSc or MSc degree, you will be assessed based on your university GPA (the competency test is not required). Please upload scan of the diploma, transcript, as well as scan of the passport or Polish ID card if you are a Polish citizen..
Not every person with a Bachelor's or Master's degree is exempt from the competency test. It depends on the GPA. If the GPA is insufficient, the Admission Board suggests taking the competency test.
The language certificate or documents confirming the fluency in English should be attached to the documents when you get the status: Qualified, place is confirmed.
Remember, however, that if you do not have the correct documents confirming English fluency, you will not be able to be admitted to the university.
