Student Dormitories
English Division students have a choice of two dormitories accredited by MUW
Student Depot is a high standard dormitory owned by Student Depot Foxtrot Ltd. which is an official partner of MUW. The dorm is located in the Upper Mokotów, from where you can quickly get to any place in Warsaw. You can fully enjoy your university experience without worrying about travel time as it takes about 10 minutes by bus to get to the campus of the Medical University of Warsaw. You can rent a single room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom or a double room to share the experience with someone. The all-inclusive fee includes the costs of the utilities, a high-speed WiFi, 24/7 security and common work & chill area for you to socialize and a quiet space perfect for studying. It is a multicultural environment where you can meet new friends from all over the world.

2. MUW Dormitory
MUW offers accomodation for students of English Division in its own dormitory located in Wola quarter, at 84 Karolkowa Street.
First year students can apply to live in the Medical University of Warsaw’s student dorm called “Dom Studencki nr 2 BIS”.
It takes about 25 minutes to travel to the main campus by public transportation (tram or bus).
Students have a choice between a single room or a double room shared with a roommate. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower.
There is a community kitchen on each floor. Kitchen appliances are forbidden in rooms for safety reasons.
Each room includes a small fridge to store perishable foods.
The student dorm also has a laundry room (washing machines and dryer) located in the basement.
The dormitory also has a quiet study room.

FEES:
Single room with a private bathroom
2 025 EUR* (for one semester) + deposit of 405 EUR
Double room with a private bathroom shared with roommate
1 015 EUR* (for one semester) + deposit of 203 EUR
*The fee is per person per semester and includes utilities (electricity, water and Wi-Fi).
The first semester and deposit fee must be paid by bank transfer within seven days of receiving your room offer and by January 15, 2024, for the second spring/summer semester.
APPLY FOR A ROOM
To apply for a room in the Medical University of Warsaw’s student dorm, students must be admitted to the 6-Year Medical Program.

Rooms are offered to first year students upon submission of the student dorm application form on an first-come-first-serve basis.
Please wait for a room offer that will be sent to you by email.
Your room offer is finalized only when we receive your acceptance and full payment for the first fall/winter semester.
PAYMENT
Once you have received a room offer by email, you must pay the room fee by bank transfer and in EURO Therefore, it is necessary to transfer the correct amount in EURO.
Consult your bank or a live currency converter for equivalent amounts in EURO. Remember to also cover any bank service charges in the transfer payment.
